It’s going to be bad
State mandated screening for lead aren’t covered by state mandated and backed health care costing $800 a month for a family of 3. I’ve mentioned this before.
You need to be pretty ignorant or willfully blind of how state backed health insurance worked to be asking for more of it.
I’m pretty sure most people fall in the ignorant category. They get swept up in trends, and ignore the reality.
I’ve mentioned this before with Obama love in spite of horrible decisions about the economy. I can’t wait until those high expectations for “fixing health care” turn into mass delusion as the system fails around us.
Also, a grander delusion is generally that while something fails in a particular context, if we just make the system bigger and better (without specifics of course) things will improve. That’s exactly how not to make progress. If something fails on a small scale it is going to be a huge failure at a grand scale.
